includes basic furniture, all utilities, and internet connection. No
hassle. No delays. No long term lease commitment.
Are there any other charges?The
special package rents are for single occupancy if not stated otherwise
(click on the apartment name for more information). For extra person,
add 15,000 yen. The special package security deposit is only 50,000 yen.
How do I rent one?
To qualify for this special package you must fill out our online application form
completely including the names of the apartments you are interested in
renting. Be
sure to mention this monthly lease offer on your application.
