Special Student Rental Terms We are happy to announce new rental terms specifically for students and part-time workers who typically have difficulty renting apartments because of the strict requirements imposed by other companies. University and language students with a scholarship:  Rent an apartment from us with no key money, no agent fees, and no guarantor, and with a security deposit equivalent to only one month's rent. Students must provide proof of scholarhip. Initial payment:    1 months rent, 1 month deposit, 15,000 yen insurance fee. University and language students without a scholarship and Part Time Workers: Rent an apartment from us with no key money, no agent fees, no guarantor, and no security deposit with a minimum 3 months contract. The initial payment is only 1 months rent, a casualty insurance fee of 15,000 yen, plus the cleaning fee in advance. Tokyo Rent provides affordable apartments to the foreign community in Japan. As we own the majority of the buildings, we can offer our tenants flexible terms, without the need to pay key money, agent fees, or a guarantor. Most of our apartments are for a long term stay, a selection of which are leased out for a monthly stay and even weekly and daily stay.
