come from overseas.

Tokyo Rent owns and operates apartment buildings in the Tokyo
metropolitan area. We currently manage over 500 apartments, and are
constantly adding new apartments and locations. Our tenants are
primarily from overseas, and rent apartments for anywhere from a few
months to several years.
Unlike the typical Japanese rental agency, we do not require key money
or agents fees. In most cases we do not require our tenants to provide
a guarantor.
All Tokyo Rent apartments feature heating and air conditioning,
comfortable lighting, either hardwood floors or carpeting, private
bathrooms, kitchens, space for a washing machine, and internet
connection capability. Optional furnishings include a television,
washing machine, bed/mattress, curtains, microwave oven/toaster, dining
table and chairs for a small additional monthly charge.
Apartments range from studios to 3 bedroom apartments, and rents are from 50,000
yen to 550,000 yen per month.
